Job Description

    Key Tasks & Responsibilities
    • Be the link between the client and the internal stakeholders and maintain proper communication between both parties.
    • Oversee the end to end payroll process through payroll software
    • Following the Attendance cycle as per agreed date and sending mails to client for collecting the attendance for payroll process.
    • Verify Time & Leave Management for timely and ensure accurate processing of the Monthly Payroll according to the schedule,
    • Look after the complete payroll management of Clients
    • Maintaining the Minimum wage rate for all employees and providing the data to compliance team for making the compliance documents.
    • Responding to client queries and feedback in a timely and professional
    • Participate in the strategy discussions with cross-functional teams like Accounts, Onboarding, Payroll, Compliance, etc.
    • Generating Invoicing and Billing
    • Collecting outstanding collections
    • Occasionally meeting with clients as required to solve queries.
    Key Skills:-
    • Hands on experience on payroll processing
    • Team handling experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Ability to manage multiple clients across PAN India
    • Eye to detail
