Pega LBA: Experience as a business or systems analyst Knowledge of Pega software functional design using Pega. Proficient in DCO tools technic Including functional and non- functional requirements) Maintain and Manage the scope of requirements for the Pega applicationplatform. Function as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs Lead the business teams development teams in gathering requirements and implementing requirements leveraging the Pega system software Work closely with the application architects and data scientists to determine feasibility, and verify the correctness of new features. Communicate w internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like screen and interface designs Perform data analysis in support of customer requested system enhancements. Perform algorithm analysis and validation (pre post implementation) in collaboration with the development and data science teams. Creates documentation detailing the desired features and design at a high level. Understand the full end- to- end impacts of an initiative and have the ability to identify any impacts to other cross- functional teamsapplications; work on production issue resolutions Ensure documented use cases represent business needs requirements Responsible for decisioning high performing solutions on the Pega Platform. Interpersonal skills at all levels of team and excellent teamwork skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong consulting skills. Ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence in the group. Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases. Ability to present and explain project specific information to diverse types of audiences. Ability to define, document, analyze, and validate new features as represented in the user storiesrequirements. Ability to research, classify, and analyze large amounts of data to validate algorithms and results. Pega Certified Systems Architect or Pega Business Architect certification.
