      • Key Responsibilities : 1-Architect the technical solution, and lead the technical team in development activities2-Perform code reviews to ensure application quality3-Ensure compliance with Guardrails, coding standards, UI standards and Corporate standards
      • Technical Experience : 1-Experience in implementing Pega applications2-Participated in discussions to define KPIs and design Pega application to meet those3-Participated in project initiation, analysis, development life cycle4-Pega Framework exposure on Customer Service, Marketing etc5-Experience in performing impact analysis, application development, performance management6 Pega CSA and CSSA Certified
      • Professional Attributes : a ; Communication should be good and able to handle client calls independently b ; Able to Handle pressure situations in the Project c ; Team Management- Able to handle the team efficiently
      • Educational Qualification : 16 Years of Mandatory education
