Job Description

At IBM, you will use the latest software development tools, techniques and approaches and work with leading minds in the industry to build solutions you can be proud of.Your Role and Responsibilities As PeopleSoft CTL Admin, you are responsible to work with the internal and client technical staff to support 24x7 production environments. The responsibilities include Operations Support:

  • Handle issues reported by client and internal technical teams
  • Proactive health checks of client environments
  • Participate in outage/troubleshooting calls involving internal and external teams
  • Attend scheduled client review meetings
  • Participation in Solution reviews
  • Customer relationship management
  • Reporting
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in supporting PeopleSoft application and Third party software tools
  • Proficient in 24 x 7 global operations support (supporting remote environments, handling bridge calls, SLA concepts and crisis management)
  • Expertise in PS technologies, PS Admin, Oracle database technologies, performance troubleshooting and tuning, database maintenance, OS (Unix and Windows)
  • Working Broad knowledge of Unix, Windows, Networking & Firewalls is desired; experience in Citrix administration will be a plus.
