Job Description

Mandatory Skills/Competencies:

  • PeopleSoft HCM
  • PeopleTools 8.53 or higher
  • Expert technical knowledge in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface,integration broker, file layout and SQL
  • Expertise in PeopleSoft - HR, Benefits Administration, Self-Service, Compensation,
  • Should have completed at least one implementation of Peoplesoft HCM
  • Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more HCM modules
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Awareness and knowledge of SCB HR business and Peoplesoft system and custom modules will be added advantage.
Role and responsibilities
  • The role is a technical and functional expertise with a split of 30% func and 70% technical.
  • The person should be able a good team player and be able to work consistently in a team by sharing and gaining knowledge
  • should be able to review the functional specs and write the unit test plan, technical designs.
  • Shoudl be able to build robust solutions
  • Should own and supporthis work product until the go-lvie throught SIT and UAT phases
  • should clearly follow the standards and process of SCB including SDF for development
  • Should ideitify risks and escalate where required.
  • Should be able to value add and contribute to the team as a whole
  • Should be able to coordinate seamlessly with business, Business analysts Build team, GTM team and PSS teams.
  • To ensure to provide full technical support until the implementation throughout the SDLC phases of Functional design, build, SIT testing, UAT testing, UVT testing during implementation.
Ideal Candidate
  • Training, Time and Labor, and Payroll will be added advantage
  • Expertise in HCM related setup and configuration
  • Expert knowledge and skill in Peoplesoft security and setting up security configurations
