We are looking for an agile , fit , professional and enthusiastic Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors for our club to lead , instruct and motivate our members during group classes including cardiovascular exercise , strength training , and stretching. They need to work with people of all ages and fitness levels. The right candidate will be trained for Group Fitness Classes by us itself. Responsibilities and Duties Should be communicative with a pleasant , confident and outgoing personality. Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines. Watch clients do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness. Monitor clients progress and adapt programs as needed and give customized workout plans. Should be flexible towards working in straight or split shifts. Should have a pleasant personality with a customer - centric approach. Should be self - motivated and with an aptitude to follow team leaders instructions and guidelines. Will be responsible for upselling Personal Training and achieving the monthly targets set. Salary Offered 12 , 000 30 , 000 / month plus sales incentives. Required Experience , Skills and Qualifications Education / Certification Candidates with fitness certification or education will be preferred.,
