Temenos professionals with expertise and prior work experience on one or more of Temenos products - T24, Internet Banking,Mobile banking, Wealth management, Payment suitesYour client responsibilitiesPrimary point of contact throughout the life of your projectEarly identification of project risksContingency and scenario planningRapid resolution of any issuesScope change managementResource managementEnsuring that project objectives and deliverables are met on time and in full monitoring the progress of the projectInterface with the customer representatives as and when neededWilling to travel to the customers locations on need basisNeed to work as a team lead in one or more Temenos T24 projects.Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinatorsYour people responsibilitiesBuilding a quality cultureManage the performance management for the direct reportees, as per the organization policiesKeeping the project team focused on a common set of objectivesEncouraging and motivating the team, establishing open lines of communicationFoster teamwork and lead by example, Integrating the cross-team project functions into a high performing teamTransforming teams to highly effective project team that is flexible and responsiveParticipating in the organization-wide people initiativesRequirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)Mandatory skills:Good experience in implementation and/or upgrade of Temenos T24 either on the technical front or functional or both.Good experience understanding client requirements and streamline them appropriately to the team.Understand high-level business requirements and relate them to appropriate Temenos product capabilitiesDefine and validate customisation needs for Temenos products as per client equirements.Review client Processes and workflows and make recommendations to the client to maximise benefits from T24.Show in-depth knowledge on best banking practices and T24 modules like securities, accounting, AA, good understanding of GL structure in T24.Good understanding of the T24 architecture, administration, configuration, data structure,Functional aspects: Working knowledge in one more of the functional areas such as Core, retail, corporate, securities, asset management, compliance including product parametrisation and set up.Ability to handle crisis and steer the team in the right direction.Excellent documentation skills such as preparing BRD, TSD, FSDExcellent business communication skillsGood Leadership skillsExcellent client-facing skillsMBA/MCA/ BE / B.Tech/ equivalent with a sound industry experience of 12+ YrsPreferred skills:Prior Client facing experienceExperience in any or more of Oracle, MS SQL,DB2 databasesData base administrationPerformance tuning,
