The company has two integrated manufacturing units at Sitapuram and Yerraguntla, along with two grinding centers at Chennai and Solapur respectively and a cement terminal at Kochi, Kerala.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Civil Engineer who will be responsible for the design, planning and management of civil engineering projects and infrastructure at the manufacturing plant in Chennai and CSR activities. The role will entail collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that facilities and infrastructure are built to meet regulatory requirements and safety. standards. The Plant Civil Engineer will monitor and oversee civil engineering design, maintain specifications and ensure compliance with storm water management plans in order to assure robust operational performance of the plant.Qualifications Civil engineering design skills coupled with expertise in Civil engineering Experience in planning and scheduling of construction projects and CSR activities Thorough knowledge of storm water management as it pertains to the manufacturing facilities Ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams Diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field Strong oral and written communication skills 5 years of experience in industrial / Plant Setup Knowledge of CAD and BIM software is a plus,
