Job Description

    • Set up and operate plasma cutting machines for accurate cutting of metal components.
    • Load raw material sheets onto the machine and secure them properly.
    • Read and follow CAD/CAM drawings and instructions for correct pattern cutting.
    • Monitor cutting process and adjust machine parameters such as speed, current, and gas flow for quality output.
    • Inspect finished parts visually and with measuring tools to verify conformance.
    • Conduct routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and changing consumables.
    • Report equipment malfunctions and participate in troubleshooting or minor repairs
    • Working Hours: 8 hours 4 hours OT
