PM (ATC)Around 15 years of Experience in IT Industry, must have experience in endtoend Project Execution using Scrum or any Agile Model, Must have experience in Healthcare domain especially in Payer and claims data., Must be able to elicit, analyze, translate and simplify requirements, Must be able to manage requirements end to end, Must coordinate with BA, development and QA team for successfully delivery the requirements., Must provide requirements artefacts such as BRD, SRD, use cases documents and other BA artefacts., Must have experience in Program Execution in Scaled Agile Transformations using SAFe Experience in evaluating the current state of organization by talking to all levels in the organization , Must be able to create and discuss recommendations for Agile practices , Must be able to identify training requirements and conduct workshops/trainings to leadership, individual teams, process and tools team and other stakeholders, Must possess excellent communication skills (Verbal and written), , Should have ability to work with large business cross functional team and support applications, Should have excellent Presentation Skills, Should have good presentations skills and experience in other scaled agile frameworks like LESS, DAD, Nexus., , Certification in Scrum/Kanban/SAFe is a plus., ,,
