null#L1-PHILINFinance Project ManagerJob location: ChennaiIn this role, you have the opportunity toAs a Record to Report Operations manager, you will drive RTR operations and ensure the processes are executed in line with the designs and timelinesYou are responsible forMonitoring of operational performance

  • The RTR Operations Manager will monitor the performance of the operations (3rd party plus In-house including Country organizations) and ensure that the right quality is delivered and the required activities are performed
  • The RTR Operations Manager will monitor and drive process adherence across the RTR sub-processes
  • The role monitors the KPIs for the RTR processes and ensure with the 3rd party service and Market /Hub RTR Organizations provider that the KPIs are delivered
  • Ensure all locations/organizations within RTR work cohesively to meet the common RTR Objectives and setup appropriate Governance/ Communication/ Escalation forums and mechanisms exist to ensure seamless Operations
  • Ensure that control execution deficiencies are adequately followed up and resolved within the set timelines
  • Co-own the RTR cost footprint
Project portfolio
  • Together with the BPO, the Operations Manager will own a portfolio of improvement initiatives
  • For his scope, the Operations Manager will ensure that the initiatives get delivered
You are a part ofYou will be part of Philips Domestic Appliances Finance RTR organization. You will report functionally to the Finance Record to Report BPO and work closely with the Global Finance teams and the 3rd party service providersTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • University degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of progressive work experience in area of Record2Report.
  • Experience in Finance transformation (Automation/ RPA/Data analytics)
  • Prior experience of driving operations in a finance process domain
  • SAP knowledge (FI, CO module)
  • Project Management skills with positive result driven attitude
  • Highly developed analytical capabilities, with a strong business and customer sense.
  • Effective listening and communication skills, highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and hands on attitude, goal oriented and perseverant.
  • Team oriented and process driven.
  • Fluent communication skills in English (both oral and written) is required.
