Job Description

    The Core Accounts Global PMO Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Responsibilities:
    • Work closely with LOB teams to plan and deliver solutions, managing dependencies on other teams Project manage across different LOB engagements through onboarding to production Data, Cloud and Streaming Services Recommend and oversee process improvements. Identify and drive automation of manual, regular tasks by understanding business needs and leveraging the available platforms Support the risk identification and mitigation process by ensuring risks/issues are tracked and status is up to date. Work with the workstream leads to ensure Agile practices are sustainable. Proactively address compliance exceptions, work with project teams to mitigate without oversight. Ensure close governance and tracking of milestones to align deliverables and timelines to central team requirements Collaborate across businesses and functions to improve the identification, measurement, management, reporting, and controls in governance, risk management, and control environments Excellent communication skills to influence a wide range of internal audiences including product, function, or regional partners Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation Directly impacts the IT project leadership area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management and formulation of procedures; influences resource planning. Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
    Qualifications:
    • 6-10 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.
    • Knowledge of IT governance and compliance practices in large organizations is desirable
    • Familiarity of the Scaled Agile framework (SAFE), Agile training or experience in an Agile role is a plus.
    • Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
    • Advanced Power Point expertise. Experience in preparing executive level, succinct and creative presentations
    • Strong data analytics skills. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools will be a plus (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Knime, Qlik)
    • Familiarity with JIRA. Knowledge of how-to setup dashboards, boards and plans will be a plus
    • Hands-on experience with Confluence or SharePoint sites
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools; experience with JIRA, Confluence, Project Tracking System (PTS) is a plus
    • Experience as a project manager or project analyst in a large organization is desirable, PMP credential is desirable. Background in either technology or operations is preferred. Experience in the software life cycle is preferred.

    • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
