Job Description

  • Rewards P&L; Monitoring Rewards P&L; and ensure cost efficiency in Rewards line Monitoring redemption happening at the customer level, product level and redeemed product level and share inputs & insights to product team for any change or corrections Identify regular high cost redeemers & design programs to promote reward options of lesser cost to the Bank to high cost redeemers Bring in reward options which are cost effective to the Bank Publish data & results of on a regular basis with all stakeholders.
  • Rewards Operations Manage reward points redemptions for items across the Bank.
  • Include and update the Rewards Catalogue with up to date options.
  • Identify and re work on options with pricing strategies, for mutual benefit of Bank and customers.
  • Campaigns segment wise, over all, as required, for promoting redemptions and spending on cards.
  • Campaigns segment wise, over all, as required, for attempting shift in customer behavior for new products and increasing the spending patterns Identify, highlight and attempt changes on portfolio, basis overall portfolio health and cost of addition, servicing and Banks objectives.
  • Improve the rewards program consistently to ensure seamless and friendly redemption process for customers.
  • Improve the processes and program features to cater to Bank and Customers expectations.
