You will create or apply frameworks and take your team down the right path to solve a problem. You will, in a hands- on manner, solve any escalated technique- related problems and show the way where required. You will lead your team to deliver high- quality, timely deliveries, and be the lead coach for techniques and tools.Manage an office of 5- 10 experienced analysts Mentor a team of 1- 2 Senior Data Scientist in choice of tools/ techniques in the analytics team, provide inputs to enable iteration to better solutions. Mentor the team in skill- building and mastery of new environments & tools/ techniques Qualifications / Skills Required : Minimum 5 years experience in delivering Analytics solutions Proven ability to work on large datasets, perform data manipulations and processing at scale Experience in tools and/ or relevant libraries in R/ Python/ SAS Knowledge of standard ML algorithms, proven ability in wide range of tools/ techniques Demonstrated thought- leadership Comfortable with Spreadsheets, Presentations and other productivity tools Ability to work in a fast- paced environment,
