Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:CO-ORDINATIONWITH CUSTOMERS, SITE SALES TEAM:
    • Answering all incoming inquiries.
    • Providing all relevant information to the leads either over the phone, email, or WhatsApp.
    • Convincing the leads to visit the site.
    • Inform our site sales team relevant details of the customer and his/ her time for visiting the site.
    • Helping the customer to reach the site.
    • Attending walk-in customers at head office to provide details of any project as per requirement.
    • Inform customers about current payment offers at our sites.
    • Provide information about our upcoming projects.
    • Connecting new channel partners who call up by providing the concerned persons number along with relevant project information.
    • Capable to work withSELL.DO
