Reporting Relationship:DirectorsResponsibilities:Enact a Business Partner role; by actively contributing on varied core committees and providing high end Business Intelligence required for diligent decision making with regard to investments, project expansions, opportunities for acquisitions, strategic long term planning and leading a strong financial organization that is able to address growth challenges in a sustainable mannerProvide Strategic oversight for the Finance function of the organizationBe the Face of the organization and extensively interact with all key internal and external stakeholdersMonitoring business profitability ; working with Business to control cost for increasing bottom lineAs the custodian for Corporate Governance, regularly share information, best practices within the business and help the Group to keep pace with the fast- changing business scenario and enable value addition to the stakeholdersTreasury (including Investments, Foreign Exchange Exposure, Hedging, Interest Rate Swaps)Partner with internal key stakeholders to ensure implementation of corporate strategies, performance improvement measures, allocation of funds and cost controlInterface with Business Heads and Senior Management on matters of critical control issues; ensure that annual audit programs are set out to include the sameMaintain close liaison with internal and statutory auditors and ensure that matters of high risk are discussed in audit committee meetings periodicallyManage relationships with Bankers, Institutional Investors, AnalystsLeadership to successfully manage, motivate and create an empowered finance teamTo consistently raise the standards of operation for the finance teamCandidate Profile:Qualified Chartered Accountant / Engineer & MBA Finance with 20 yrs + relevant experiencePreferred Age Bracket: 45- 52 yearsManufacturing Industry experience and must have worked in organizations with significant international operationsExperience of having worked with legacy organizations which have built and created sustainable value systems and an inclusive cultureCorporate experience (i.e., process, procedure development, management best practices and overall demeanor of corporate professionalism)Experience of transitioning an organization to be IPO compliant would be desirableShould have knowledge and understanding of the SAP Finance platformMust have had prior experience in fund mobilization ( both working capital & term loans),
