Job Description

Job TitlePrincipal - Software Engineer The Purpose of This RoleWe are looking for a Principal Software Engineer with expertise and experience in designing and developing applications including new developments, enhancements, maintenance and support.The Value You DeliverThe role involves continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of requirements, following Fidelity best practices / methodologies, thorough understanding of the technology roadmap, advancement to design / development process and providing on-call production support on rotation basis. The person will be responsible for defining future technology roadmap for the products.The Skills that are Key to this role

  • You have good programming skills (Oracle SQL and PL/SQL)
  • You know Unix and Shell Scripting Basics
  • You have strong Java/J2EE Object Oriented design and development skills
  • You have good programming skills in Core Java, Servlets/JSP, Spring
  • You are good in Web Services / Microservices (SOAP, REST)
  • You know ORM Tools (iBatis, Hibernate)
  • You know Multithreading and Java design patterns
  • You have UI Engineering experience
  • You enjoy working on different technologies to solve business problems
  • You are able to readily adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • You enjoy learning new technologies, data analysis, identifying data patterns and trends
  • You can independently figure out technical challenges, identify options and come up with innovative solutions
  • You can do Analysis, Design, Estimation and Development of the Java/database components
  • You have Strong communication skills to manage various stakeholders in India as well as in US
  • You have worked in Agile methodologies or iterative development processes

  • You have good knowledge in ETL
  • You know Amazon Web Services-AWS.
  • You know 12 Factor application development & containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetis)
  • You know Job Scheduling Technologies

  • You have excellent collaboration and Interpersonal skills
  • You have Great attitude, being a mentor, team player and effective contributor
