About Fixed NetworksOur Fixed Networks (FN) business group provides an array of gigabit to the home solutions to deliver data access to our communication service provider (CSP) customers. This includes Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) as well as 5G fixed wireless access (FWA), xDSL and cable upgrades. We build solutions that don t stop at the home but also bring that gigabit experience into the home using our meshed Wi-Fi solution.Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated person to join our Product Architecture team.   • A Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent education.
  • 15+ years working experience in SW architecture for embedded systems. Experience with networking systems especially DSL/PON and Wireless systems - is a plus.
  • Broad systems knowledge garnered by years of experience specifying and or leading architectural specifications across multi-disciplines, geared towards building robust, reliable solutions with best user experience.
  • Experience in modern SW architectures with focus on modularity and reusability- like containers in embedded systems, micro-services and technologies like Kubernetes etc.
  • Knowledge of various management interface protocols (TR69, TR369, MQTT) and data models (TR181) is a plus.
  • Experience in the area of Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management, Security Management, Service Provisioning and Control Plane features of multi-layer networking products is desirable.
  • Experience with Networking Technologies and Standards including WiFi, PON, Ethernet, WiFi Mesh, IPv4/IPv6 routing, L2 VLANs is required.
  • Experience working as a Product Owner for Agile teams is a plus
  • Experience working with multi-site environment
  • Experience working across organization like product management, sales and marketing in positioning a solution
  • Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
  • Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation

  • xPON ONT system level test to make sure the delivery quality in line with customer s requirement and quality target.
  • Analyze customer network topology, application and specific service requirement; design test documents including test strategy, test case list and test specification;
  • Build xPON ONT E2E test environment. Execute test case, analyze test result, co-operate with developer on the bug fix, report test result on schedule.
  • Follow Quality Process: find, characterize, track and verify defects. Provide detail log to design team if needed.
