Job Description

    Process Automation Engineering 1 Immediate Replacement2- 5 YrsClient: KLA - ChennaiUi path, Ayehu, Servicenow,SNOW,Active directory.JD -Job responsibilities:
    • To be part of ITAutomationengineers working on the development of processautomation.
    • Responsible for implementingautomationsolutions usingAyehuNG,PowerShell, Python, Dot Net.
    • Responsible for providing insights from incident/service request tickets from ServiceNow and identifyingautomationopportunities
    • Ability to own solutions for design and architecture
    • Support workflows and the team members post rollout and rollout changes in production
    • Responsible to create flow charts using Visio or word or PowerPoint
    • Responsible in documenting the SOP forautomatedprocess
    Required Skills and Qualification:
    • Should be a graduate in Computer Science/IT Engineering
    • Expertise inautomationdevelopment
    • Should have hands-on experience on any of the IT ProcessAutomation/Orchestration platform likeAyehu-NG orAyehueyeshareor MS System Center Orchestration, etc.
    • Experience in administering windows servers 2008/2012/2016
    • Must have good scripting or programming experience inPowerShell/VBScript
    • Knowledge about applications like Active Directory, O365, MS SQL, IIS, SCCM or SCOM will be an advantage
    • Experience in handling integrations using API
    • Experience in creating and using Rest API
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must demonstrate flexibility by developing multiple workflows at a time
    • Ability to prioritize and lead time efficiently
