    • Process Engineer with experience in Technical Services for upstream onshore /off shore Oil and Gas Process.
    • Operation and Engineering experience will be beneficial.
    • Quantify the GHG emissions of Oil &; Gas assets and propose ways for reduction, Collecting asset documentation (flow diagram, P&;ID , datasheets etc.),
    • Collecting operating data from PI server,fix inconsistencies if any with the asset owner operation representatives, Consolidation of data in order to give a mapping of the primary energy use and identify the losses (through flaring,venting etc.)
    • Identify ideas for improving the energy usage and minimizing the losses Simulate Shell and Tube and Air Cooled Heat Exchanger using HTRI including risk analysis of vibration. able to perform revamp studies to predict performances of existing equipment expected to operate in different conditions .
    • Fired heater thermal design rating using FRNC5 software .Flare header network design and flare tips sizing with radiation calculations using standard softwares.
    • He/she should be able to perform hydraulic calculation for single phase and two phase system as well as for network analysis.
    • Perform work remotely while seating at India office and ensure to coordination with the Client affiliates globally.
    • Hands-on experience on softwares like PI System, Aspen Plus, Hysys, Unisim, Dynsim, ProII, UAS, HTRI, FRNC5, Korf, AFT, OLGA, LedaFlow, Pipephase, Pipesim, Pipenet, Symmetry , PVTSIM, Multiflash, Hydraflash, Flaresim, FlareNet, Visual flare, Unisim flare, Mysep etc.
