Engage with customers via phone to develop and maintain customer relationships and grow volumes and share of wallet2. Provide support for Sales administration, and transactional support for sales activities3. Provide support for the team in terms of email messages and internal cases received from customers, and internal stakeholders like Customer success partners, Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Sales Ops team, Disputes and CX teams.4.
