Job Description

    1. Candidate should have good communication skill and fluency in English, Hindi and Tamil to interact with vendors and clients
    2. Should be a team player and handle a team of 4 to 6 staff
    3. Should have a 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler
    4. Should be a problem solver
    5. Should achieve defined roles & responsibility.
    6. Candidate Should have the capability to build his own team also with his past contacts especially in the labour and sub contractors
    7. Ensuring each resource closes multiple orders daily and also sends out follow up communications internally and externally to vendors and Ramcons team as needed.
    8. To ensure no backlog or pile up of orders by teamwork
    9. To ensure orders are clear with all checklist points and any other points covered to ensure smooth and timely workflow with clarity to sites and vendors of scope and timeline of each vendor
    10. To ensure quality and rate efficiency of procurement without impact on timelines
    11. To ensure vendor payments and bills are passed on time with proper check.
    12. To ensure vendor discipline, happiness and clarity to them by proactive communication .
    13. To build a team using our resources or bringing in resources known to him
    14. To remove and not to entertain negative elements that cause waste of time on follow up, works etc
    15. To develop vendor base constantly by innovation and field visits of him and his team and past contacts of company and existing staff
    16.To distribute work to multiple vendors to keep them engaged and avoid dependence on certain vendors
    1. Ensuring clarity and grouping of dependent vendors department wise to ensure easier work flow
    2. To entertain more meetings at office and site with teams and vendors and other staffs to close out issues faster
    19.To highlight any issues that are not solvable by the AGM to management in writing rather than let it cause trouble later20.To ensure process adherence to perfection
    1. Ensuring all orders are tracked and delivered within work order time frame ( at a macro level ) . Site to mainly push but Procurement to keep macro level eye
