Wir sind fhrend in unseren Geschftsbereichen und werden als eines der weltweit grten innovativen Unternehmen anerkannt.Description - ExternalManagement & Competency Manage his organization Manage his team of engineers and technicians (yearly reviews, meetings, missions, objectives) Define the necessary qualifications for his team according to the benchmark and to the technical and technological evolutions Ensure that competency level is at the level requested to properly handle new/future projects and new/future Technologies (in line with TDP). Identify gaps, define and implement the proper action plan. Responsible for training action plan achievement on his team. Allocate his staff in the various projects and support the Project team in priorities management. Propose trainings and career evolutions Responsible of recruitment of the members of his department Participate in the Valeo Expertise process by preparing and proposing candidates.Budget Responsible for his departments budget; build, propose and follow his budget. Ensure on a monthly basis that Headcount (Internal/SC/TC/GEEDS) are aligned with Budget. Participate in project budget construction. Contribute to the quotation of R&D budget (during CAA and/or IAR) in terms of resources (hours), equipment, investments for P0, P1 and P10 projects for his metier. Accountable for budgeted hours approved in CAA and/or IAR in his metier. Control spending By Project and implement corrective actions when deviation is occuring. Responsible for workload forecast in his mtier. Propose yearly investment plan. Define and standardize investment (Equipments, licences,.) to be integrated in yearly Budget Responsible for the Department efficiency using the Efficiency Plan / KPIs built together with the Product Architect and Systems Engineering Discipline Director.Process, Methodology, Tools, Equipment Participate to the definition of, and implement the process, methods and the tools necessary to properly handle new/future projects and new/future Technologies (in line with TDP) Deploy the Engineering process, methodology and tools defined by / together with the Mtier Mngr / Dir Ensure the full deployment of 5 axes methodology Support the Certification process (Audits, ASpice, )Networking Participate to and support the Product Architecture and Systems Engineering network Participate to the improvement of the standards, methods & tools related to Product Architecture and Systems EngineeringStandardization & Robust Design Support RAISE team by ensuring knowledge, training and implementation of the standards Participates in the elaboration of standards with RAISE and actively participate to Design reviews Review and challenge Destandardization requests before release Ensure all Projects are 100% covered by regular Mtier Design Reviews and monitor appropriate Action Plan follow up (under RAISE coordination) Lead the review of RED Box Incident after detection from Design Review Process Ensure that each single design is achieving the highest level of Robust design.Resources / Footprint Centralize information on all existing resources in his region Define the assignment of resources for a new project and support the project team in priorities management. Identify, create synergies and ensure optimum use of all resources Identify the needs in terms of dedicated and shared resources.
