The Tech Center takes care of Solar Pumps with detailed design, technology and product platform support for existing and new product development.The Tech Center is a part of Solar India Business and this position will work closely together with peers in Denmark. What is the job aboutLead the design and development of products/technologies, you will lead the RD function with very deep technical knowledge and take responsibility for and proactively impact key disciplines like innovation, quality and environment.Lead the transfer of products to the full value chain, Specify new products, processes and standards based on organizational strategy or short to mid term operational plans.You will drive/lead relevant internal networks within lead areas. Set specific direction for deliverables in regards to innovation, technology and product/production development road maps.You will contribute to innovation and product development projects on time and negotiate and follow up on delivery agreements with relevant stakeholders What do you need to applyBE Mechanical / Electrical with 12-20 years of experience in pump industry preferably solar pumps.Experience in managing defined process within product development, Strong back ground executing complex or specialized projects and activities in product development.Proven results supporting key initiatives in a large organisation, experience in large manufacturing environment is strongly preferred and executing on strategies and initiatives with complex business environment,
