Responsible for Business Developmenta. Identify and create new market opportunitiesb. Willing to travel overseas for TradeshowsNew System on module developmenta. Understand e-con Systems existing profile of customers. b. Define the System on module in hardware, BSP and application software accordingly.c. Should state all required technical documentation including FAQs that should be available for the customer. d. Should be able to co-ordinate with engineering team and should work on the delivery dates and work with the customer simultaneously.Should handle post-sales support & mass productiona. Should handle all support enquiries and make sure customer satisfaction level is maintained. b. Should co-ordinate with production team and iron out any issues that could lead to future EOL issues and hence affect the product life time.c. Should take responsibility for guaranteeing the required product life time for the customer.Should own sales targets a. Should give numbers for every SOM manufactured by e-con Systems and would drive the sales force to achieve it. b. Should take responsibility for the System on module P & L. c. Should handle key accounts and achieve increased sales d. Maintain business relationship with customersShould drive marketing campaigns a. Come up with marketing newsletters and campaigns. b.
