Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Specialist Machine Tools for our prestigious client, Maco Corporation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development and sales of rotary unions and slip rings to key customers in the machine tools and manufacturing industry.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales and business development for machine tool spare parts and products.
    • Identify and target new OEMs and large enterprise clients in sectors like Automotive, Defense, and Engineering.
    • Conduct product demos, presentations, and participate in trade shows.
    • Lead technical discussions with potential clients and understand their requirements.
    • Generate and negotiate quotations, close deals, and manage post-sales activities.
    • Collaborate closely with branch sales teams to support client engagement.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, customer interactions, and reporting.
    • Submit weekly/monthly updates and pipeline status to the management.
    Candidate Requirements:
    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution.
    • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the machine tools domain.
    • Deep understanding of VMCs (Vertical Machining Center) and HMCs (Horizontal Machining Center).
    • Strong network within the Machine Tool industry.
    • Open to traveling across India for business development.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in English, Hindi, and local regional language(s).
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
    • Self-driven, team player, capable of managing multiple accounts.
    Client Insights:
    • This requirement has been open for the last 45 months; quick closures are expected.
    • Preference for immediate joiners.
    • Candidate should exhibit long-term commitment and career stability.
