Job Description

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience, support teams consist of network or security products.
  • Good understanding of OSI layers and OSI level troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of public key infrastructures such as Microsoft ADCS
  • Good understanding of WPA2-Enterprise wired and wireless connectivity networks
  • Basic knowledge in configuring wireless controllers
  • Good knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting RADIUS servers such as Microsoft NPS, Aruba CPPM, Cisco ISE and FreeRADIUS
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory certificate Group Policy and Service Configurations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Web Server configurations
  • Experience in firewall configurations and troubleshooting
  • Experience in switch configurations and troubleshooting is a plus
  • Experience with SAML configurations is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Azure, G-Suite, Okta, etc. is a plus
  • Implement a high performance, secure and resilient network and encryption infrastructure for new customers
  • Collaborate with a global team of support engineers to resolve existing customers problems
  • Provide subject matter guidance and expertise in the analysis and resolution of complex network problems
  • Help standardize processes and improve documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willing to work as an individual contributor
