Job Description

*

  • Monitors nightly production processing in Oracle Financials and Oracle HR and provides day-to-day technical support
  • Performs operational tasks for Oracle batch processing
  • Effectively completes processing duties according to documented procedures
  • Routine tasks include monitoring daily processing ensuring all schedules jobs complete without error.
  • Works within standard operating procedures and/or analytical methods
  • Quickly identify processing errors and performance issues. Effectively escalates to appropriate teams for further assistance and coordinates with multiple teams until resolution.
  • Works under general supervision following established procedures.
  • Keep abreast of constant changes to the processing procedures. Analyze and report out areas needing improvement.
  • Reports out processing exceptions in a timely manner

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with development of Oracle E-business suite reports
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • BE in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills Preferred : SQL , Ebusiness functional knowledge.
