Job Description

    Greetings from People first consultants!We have an opportunity with a leading Manufacturing Company for Production Supervisor.ROLE: Production SupervisorQualification: Mechanical (diploma/B.E)Location : Sri cityROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
    • Machine Loading, Manpower allocation and ensure Material availability
    • Monitor output on hourly basis and ensure adherence to Norms.
    • Ensure operator safety by monitoring adherence to PPEs and safety norms.
    • Responsible for Line Quality
    • Adherence to SOP for effective process adherence
    • Cycle time reduction projects for productivity improvements
    • Daily Production MIS reporting
    • Material Accounting batch wise
    • Involve Operators in 5S adherence
    • Adherence to Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Machine upkeep.
    • Cost Reduction projects Implementation
