Fusion HCM (Core HR, Fusion Talent Management, Fusion Absence, Fusion Benefit, FusionCompensation) Responsibilities:Must have Strong product skills in Core HR, Payroll Design and Develop Customizations/Extensions for EBS HCM /Taleo (Recruitment and Onboarding) Extensive background on all the aspects of Fusion HCM Security, Roles and EBIZ Work Structure Set-up, defining Recruitment Process, Competency Management, Career and Succession Planning processes, Oracle Learning Administration set-up, Oracle Self Service set-up and I Recruitment Modules Ability to work with an Onshore and Offshore team working across different time zones. Complete Payroll Set-up (Key & Descriptive Flex Fields, creating elements, imparting user training & support to the client). Proficiency in writing complex Fast Formulas Support for Complete payroll cycle with Pay Processing, Retro Pay, Costing and Transfer to GL. Creating & linking various earnings & deductions elements & writing calculation rules using Oracle Fast Formula. Customizing the standard PTO accruals to meet business requirements such as Leave Encashment, Promotions, and Carryover process. Creation of all Leave Types and their related fast formulas Able to interact with customers to understand their requirements and translate/ map it to the product. Relevant experience on eBusiness HCM with min 2 End to End implementations with customer facing roles Must have good testing and defect analysis skills to resolve issues.
