Job Description

    As a Program Lead in Analytics Consulting at our company, your role will involve driving end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions. You will be responsible for translating business problems into scalable data-driven solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring measurable business impact.Key Responsibilities:- Identify high-impact analytics/AI opportunities with clients- Translate business problems into structured analytical solutions- Lead end-to-end project delivery with data science and engineering teams- Manage stakeholders, governance, and ensure solution adoption- Track and communicate business impact using relevant metrics- Mentor team members and develop reusable frameworks/best practicesQualifications Required:- 6-8 years of experience in Analytics/Data Science/AI consulting- Strong understanding of ML/AI techniques and business applications- Experience across the full analytics lifecycle (scoping to deployment)- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills As a Program Lead in Analytics Consulting at our company, your role will involve driving end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions.
