Job Description

    Program Lead (Right to Education)Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities include:Design the overall vision, strategic direction and plan of action for the program in the short-term and long-termLead and execute recruitment, mobilising and engaging volunteers (colleges, corporates andcommunities) in outreach, supporting parents and advocacyLead and support setting up of partnerships with leaders, volunteers, institutions and organisationstowards maximising outreach of the act and effective support for eligible parents till admissionSupport outreach to potential channels to create mass awareness among potential beneficiariesIdentify, invest and onboard leaders and supporters (individuals, institutions and organisations) fromvarious regions to strengthen the collective effortDesign and lead strategic and operational aspects of management systems, tools, data capturing toolsused in the programLead effort to bring in systemic change by working with partner organisations, government stakeholdersand key influencersCreate exciting, powerful contents - texts, scripts, mail drafts, social media captions, etc. and assist theteam in program goalsRequirementsPreferred Education Qualification / Experience:Minimum of one-year experience in project management and working in a team is preferablePrior experience in the non-profit sector/working with government officials would be an advantagePrior volunteering and/or experience in field work is mandatoryAny Graduate (Social work preferred)
