CTC Range: Rs 20 LPA to Rs 30 LPA****** Looking for SHORT JOINERS *******Technical Skills:

  • At least 6 years of EXP as a Project Manager
  • EXP in managing atleast 2 to 3 FIXED BID projects
  • Should have managed a team size of atleast 30 people
  • Demonstrated skills in scope management, stakeholder management, hiring
  • Exposure to cost management is a plus
  • Understanding on AGILE and DEVOPS based development principles
  • Engineering Practices like ATDD / BDD / TDD / SDET Implementation Exposure preferred
  • Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined Agile software process
  • Capability to manage and execute 10 SCRUM teams in partnering with client resources
  • Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
  • Ability to execute test strategies, generate innovative ideas with team and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
  • Must be good in team management and leading the team in technical upskilling.
  • Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
  • Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
  • Execute Trainings and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

  • A techie with strong EXP in Core Java, Spring4.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of Web services concept.
  • Should have knowledge in RESTFull service.
  • PCF knowledge and/or certification will be added advantage
  • Exposure working in Cloud technologies
For DATA ENGINEERING / DWH :
  • Technical Project Manager with atleast 2 full project lifecycle EXP in handling Database Migration projects.
  • Good exposure to ETL Solutions and ETL Migration projects
  • Knowledge on Cloud solutions is a plus.
  • EXP in SNOWFLAKE is preferred
