This role is responsible for identification, assessment and development of strategic tie-ups for the MSME Machinery Finance business Develop strategy and roadmap to create multiple alliances in the machinery ecosystems across key industrial segments Create strategic alliances with machinery manufacturers, tooling companies, other allied companies linked to machinery life cycle Manage alliance relationship with manufacturers along with the sales team to ensure desired share of business Conceptualize and implement digitization of product frameworks. Develop innovative product constructs Develop and execute alliance expansion activity, service offerings, business performance milestones and alliance profitability assessment Engage with internal and external technical, legal, regulatory and business stakeholders to create seamless customer experience Lead the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and appropriate systems documentationRequired Candidate profilePost Graduate / MBAMin 6+ years of experience in Machinery alliance / product management in lending financial services institutionAbility to formulate and adapt strategic frameworks and methodologiesFinancial modelling, profitability assessmentAbility to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with agile mindsetExcellent project and time management skillsStrategic and analytical thinkingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem solving and decision-making skillsPeople Management & Networking skills ,
