Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Job Opportunity in leading company for the profile of Program Manager- Monitoring and Evaluation
    1. Name of Position- Program Manager- Monitoring and Evaluation
    Roles and Responsibilities
    1. Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Development
      • Develop and implement a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan tailored to the projects objectives.
      • Design appropriate M&E tools to support the Directorate of Women with Disabilities and their Advocacy Programs (DWDAP) during project implementation.
    2. Adaptive M&E Strategies
      • Create an innovative and adaptable M&E framework that facilitates learning from pilot projects, ensuring scalability for statewide implementation.
    3. Tool and Framework Creation
      • Design new tools and frameworks suitable for effective state-level implementation of the M&E plan.
      • Integrate elements from Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to enhance community engagement in monitoring activities.
    4. Strategic Planning
      • Develop both long-term and short-term strategic plans, including review indicators and outcome/result indicators for comprehensive evaluation.
    5. Leadership in Methodology Development
      • Lead the creation and dissemination of new methodologies and tools for use by project staff and the Directorate team.
    6. Implementation Guidance
      • Create a detailed work plan/log frame to guide M&E implementation.
      • Establish effective monitoring systems to track project progress at all stages.
    7. Participatory M&E System
      • Assist in developing a participatory M&E system that includes IT tools to enhance data collection and analysis.
    8. Experience Utilization
      • Leverage prior experience with large-scale World Bank projects to navigate challenges in establishing a new M&E structure where one does not currently exist.
    Key Skills Required
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience with M&E in large-scale projects, particularly in the context of disability advocacy.
    • Ability to design and implement participatory and adaptive M&E systems.
    • Proficiency in developing innovative tools and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
