Project coordinator - 4 - 6 yrs(experience level)Project Leader - 6 - 8 yrsManage part of SW R&D project in the area of ADAS Domain (Advanced Driving AssistanceSystems)- ADAS Software Team is responsible to develop software for Autonomous Driver - less Vehicle systems , that includesthe following systems Automatic Parking , Traffic Jam driving , Highway driving , Adaptive Cruise control , RemoteParking. - ADAS Software team develop software for most advanced market sensors such as High performance Ultrasonic , Wide Angle Megapixel Vision Camera , Radar , Laser Scanners , and Front Looking CameraManage Embedded SW Projects and / or application Development project in a multicultural with virtuallocation environment. Understanding of business need and deal with stakeholder on daily basis todefine and manage their expectation in order to plan and deliver the project in budget , on time withthe expected scope and quality. Engineering and Technical background Responsible for an innovative technical product delivery to Auto makers. High level of engineering sense and strong background. Support with your basic knowledge about Software and architecture Reusability and Technology management Ability to learn and understand Automotive Industry business and main drivers Being able to make use of similar project and increase project reusability Drive and encourage innovation and learning in his / her project Responsible for Customer Communication Daily interaction with international customers. Full customer engagement with Auto makers R&D team. Stakeholders management Interaction with Valeo Egypt site in different Report your project status to Valeo Cairo management Interact with other R&D metier such as system , HW , Daily management of your software team dedicated or not , Assign to them the work packages and tasks. Manage remote team members in other Valeo sites. Regular review with the Program Manager to check alignment between needs and availabilities Set Stakeholder expectations Understand Escalations and how to use it and react to it. Follow up with team members on the open actions. Direct & support team members and challenge their projects decisions. Monitor & control projects schedules , budget and risks. Prepare with Team Lead the SW breakdown and estimates its components Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources , equipments , investments Deliver quality audit & compliance findings together with Quality Leaders. Follow up on the projects as per defined projects reporting mechanisms. Responsible for projects closure and resources feedback.B. E. / B Tech M.E / M. Tech in Communication , Mechatronics , Electronics or Computer Engineering. Familiar with SW Development life cycles V Model and Agile knowledge will be and added advantage. Familiar with SW programming ADAS SW Project leader personal qualification:- Strong level of communication skills.- Result oriented.- Goal commitment.- Highly representative for the status issues and risks.- Problem resolution skills and root cause analysis.- Ability to travel to Cairo- Very good English language.- German and French is a strong addition.- International mindset.- Customer main focus and customer satisfaction (Car Manufacturers) - Any agile / scrum certificate would be plus point.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.,
