Job Description

Project Manager Who will be responsible for end-to-end project management of cloud service deliveries. Mandatory Skills:
• Lead and handle the end-to-end project delivery by delivering on contractual requirements, revenues, and profitability targets while maintaining an excellent customer experience
• Develop and handle projects with overall project planning, budgets, schedule, define along with Governance, a communications plan, meetings, and reporting cadence
• Proactively Identify, acquire, lead, mitigate and exit project Risks during the entire lifecycle
• Identify, document, and drive the resolution of project issues
• Ensures proper Scope and Change Management processes are adhered to, leads change management handling between various stakeholders & account teams
• Identify project staffing requirements, drive staffing across various technology tracks and coordinate with all stakeholders/project teams to drive delivery excellence by delivering target cost, schedule, quality
• Own accurate forecasting, tracking and reporting on project costs and revenues
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders across various geographies
• Bring together lessons learned and standard methodologies to share and demonstrate
• Communicates effectively with Executives and stakeholders(s) to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
• Identify further growth opportunities within the customer environment and engages with solution teams for pursuit; as opportunities warrant, support scoping, cost modeling, and margin analysis
• Handle distributed, teams with multifaceted technology strengths and background
• Developing & owning short- & long-term goals and wins for Projects Managed
• Driving implementation and improvement of processes to build consistency and quality throughout the services
• Transformation experience - opportunity identification, optimization, and program delivery of sustainable business improvements
• Demonstrates an understanding of future digital, data, and market trends and how these fit strategically with customers needs
• Develops strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as performance metrics and measures, escalation change management, and communication.
• Principle contact for operational & tactical issues representing delivery of all projects to the customer: manages customer expectations by developing performance metrics & reporting escalation management & communication plan.
• Working knowledge of Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure (Compute, Networking, Storage, Containers, VMware, DR, backup, Monitoring, Alerting, hardware/software refresh), Infrastructure as a code like Terraform, Cloud Formation or Arm template, etc. & cloud migration exposure
• Certified in any of the clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, Open stack)
• Good to have skills in any of DevOps, Application migration, Cloud security, etc
Experience
• B.Tech/MCA Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12+ years of relevant business experience.
• Prince 2 Practioner/PMP Certified
• Multi-cultural Experience
• Desired ITIL/ITSM experience.
• Rich Experience in Project and Transition Management and IT Service Delivery Management
• Should have managed IT infrastructure projects (Cloud/Network/Telecom/ Server compute)

• Applies appropriate technical knowledge and methods to resolve complex business issues
• Leadership ability to build & manage a cross-cultural, cross-tower & cross-business team for effective & efficient customer support.
• Ability to proactively & effectively manage risk on medium to high-risk projects.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written & presentation.
