  • Responsibilities or Duties HANDLING THE REPORTS OF THE EMPLOYEES ON A DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY BASIS AS INSTRUCTED BY THE EMPLOYEE GENERATING REPORTS OF THE TEAM MEMBERS IN ANY FORMAT REQUIRED BY THE EMPLOYER Initiating or supporting all Service enhancement initiatives across the Organisation Establish work procedures or processes that support company or departmental standards or strategic directives. Clearly define responsibilities for all levels or develop key performance indicatorsgoals to ensure effective or efficient operation of the call center. Ensuring company policies are followed. Optimizing profits by controlling costs. Hiring, training or developing new employees.
  • Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices. Providing leadership or direction to all employees. Ensuring product quality or availability. Preparing or presenting employee reviews. Working closely with the store manager to lead staff. Overseeing retail inventory. Assisting customers whenever necessary.
  • Organizing employee schedule. Ensuring that health, safety, or security rules are followed. Taking disciplinary action when necessary. Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service. Motivating employees or ensuring a focus on the mission. Maintaining merchandise or a visual plan. Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking or cleaning.Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately or efficiently. Supporting store manager as needed.
