Job Description

    Job Title: Project Manager BFSI Domain Experience: 7 Years Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR Salary: Up to 18 LPAJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate should be PMP-certified and experienced in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage full project life cycle from initiation to closure.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
    • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects effectively.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and compliance with standards.
    • Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.
    • Apply risk management techniques to minimize potential project risks.
    Key Skills:
    • Strong project management experience in the BFSI domain
    • PMP certification is mandatory
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
    • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
    • PMP Certification from PMI is required
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in BFSI projects
