Job Description

    • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration
    • Lead project and program management efforts from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
    • Develop and implement data analytics strategies and methodologies to support business objectives
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to internal teams and external clients
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
    • Mentor and coach junior team members to ensure professional growth and development
    • Continuously evaluate and assess the effectiveness of existing client and vendor management, project and program management, and analytics practices, and make recommendations for improvements
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, data analytics, or related field
    • 9 years of experience in client and vendor management, project and program management, and data analytics
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Proven ability to manage and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors
    • Strong project and program management skills, including risk management, project planning, and resource allocation
    • Demonstrated expertise in data analytics methodologies and tools
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
    • Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to collaborate, lead and manage cross-functional teams
    • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and efficiencies
