Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings for the day!Roles and Responsibilities:

  • End to end ownership of entire home service categories for the city
  • Handling a team of 5-6 field people
  • Building a strong supply with focus on delivering amazing customer experience
  • Be in charge of ensuring each and every client gets the best experience.
  • Should be a target-oriented hustler.
  • Understand each clients requirements and keep a tab on their experience throughout.
  • As a key member of the founding team in the city, understanding insights from the client meetings and suggesting process improvements.
  • Coordination with different teams for ensuring client deliverable is effectively communicated and met.
Requirements :
  • 2-3 years of experience in startups, business development/ operations role.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making ability
  • Startup experience is preferred.
  • Preferred candidates from Urban clap or similar industry.
  • For Chennai, Tamil speaking candidate is required.
  • CTC - Upto 10 LPA (Including variables)
