Management Consulting: Design, build & deploy strategies and solutions for technology, organizational structure and business process improvement. Description The Property Accountant is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties. This position addresses tight deadlines and an assortment of accounting activities including, but not limited to: general ledger preparation; financial reporting; year-end audit preparation; support of budget activities; and interaction with offshore resources. Skill Set / Comptencies Required Prepare monthly financial reporting package. Complete accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes. Maintain modified cash basis books. Prepare and post journal entries. Complete bank reconciliations accurately and timely. Maintain property-level budgets. Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank cash balances to the general ledger. Research and respond to limited ad hoc financial requests and questions. ,
