Job Description

    • Knowledge in MS office.
    • Knowledge in e-mailing.
    • Searching for the new suppliers for the material requested by dept, and getting the quotations for the same and doing the frequent follow up with supplier in order to receive the material in right time. consumable goods, direct items Maintenance spares.
    • Knowledge in quote comparison and finalization.
    • Preparing monthly purchase documents, purchase order, Advance payment, & Supplier rating.
    • Experience in Evaluation & Selection of Supplier
    • Vendor Follow-up
    • Material Follow up with internal Production Dept & purchase Dept.
    • ISO Audit & documentation
    • Knowledge of the Inventory system.
    • Knowledge in Preparation of MIS report.
