Job Description

Graduate with 5+ years of expn in Purchase / Vendor payments. Excellent comm. skills is MUST
Local Purchase/ Interstate Purchase / Service Bills and Contractors Invoice
Verify and update the invoice for all the group companies
Monthly Creditors Ageing Reports for all the group companies
Weekly O/S Report to be prepared for Contractors for payment and details to be emailed to concern person
Reports to be prepared on monthly for statutory payments
TDS on Contractors
ESI on Contractors
Purchase details for GST
Coordinating with Stores and Purchase Department for pending invoices (i.e. MRN pending list)
Reconciliation of Inter-Company Invoices
Retention payment will be processed for Contractors as and when required
Reconciliation of Vendor and Contractors on daily basis and get statement from Vendor once in a month
Confirmation of Balance to be sent to Vendor once in quarter
Confirmation of Balance to be signed from Contractors once in a month
File Maintaining Vendor Bills / Contractors Bills / COB etc.,
