Job Description

    Handle purchase of materials required for construction/interior projects Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams for material requirements Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites Conduct site visits to vendors, sites, and warehouses as required Track purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and bills Maintain purchase records and stock details Follow up on quality, quantity, and pricing of materials Ensure materials are procured within budget and timelines Handle emergency and last-minute purchase requirements Coordinate with accounts team for billing and payment processing Ensure compliance with company procurement procedure
