Job Description

Hi,We are looking to hire Purchase Manager to leading Cafe chain Business unit.Location: Nungambakkam, ChennaiExperience: 4 - 8 YearsPackage: Upto 40,000 / mSkills:

  • Very passionate, very organised and good communication a must
  • Good analytical and reasoning skills
  • Very strong in purchase process and should have build a team and process earlier
  • Strong inventory management. Maintain and report/ control over stocks across Stores and warehouses
  • Stock wastage, re-ordering and expiry management
  • Good Leadership skills and leads by example
  • Excellent Negotiating skills
  • Strong with Cost Saving strategies and implement them as part of purchase and stocking
  • Provide 6 month purchase budget, Monitor and control Stock Levels
  • Working experience in Sourcing, Vendor Management and Supply Chain Management
  • ERP Experience for Purchase / Inventory / Supply Chain
  • Track and report key metrics and SLAs to management
  • Experience in F&B an added advantage
