Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Bachelors degree in computer science or IT with 4+ years of working experience
  • Experience in converting Perl Scripts to Python Scripts
  • Expertise in programming languages like Python
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Good knowledge of test automation using frameworks
  • Experience with leading automation efforts and writing and debugging automation tests for complex enterprise software
  • Ability to identify and leverage tools for automated solutions best suited for testing needs
  • Experience with continuous integration (CI) and automation frameworks
  • Domain expertise with storage related technologies, including block level storage and file systems
  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging in Linux and UNIX environments
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance
  • Thorough knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Working experience with automated testing tools
  • Understanding of storage, virtualization and VMware technologies and containers like Docker
  • Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Python+ Perl - Should have experience in converting Perl Scripts to Python Scripts
  • Strong experience in Linux operating System.
  • Experience with Storage or VMware or Containerization.
