Job Description

    We are seeking a Testing Lead to lead the development team in implementing quality assurance best practices for our AI and language model technology project. The Testing Lead will be responsible for setting and maintaining high quality standards, designing and implementing automated testing across the entire development lifecycle, ensuring successful integration with the CI/CD pipeline, and engaging with external testing resources.ResponsibilitiesDesigning and implementing test plans and procedures to ensure high quality codeLeading and guiding the development team across all aspects of quality assuranceDeveloping and maintaining automated testing frameworks and toolingEnsuring successful integration of testing with CI/CD processesCollaborating with stakeholders to ensure testing standards and processes meet their needs and expectation.Qualifications 5 years of experience in software development and quality assurance Experience implementing testing for large-scale. applications Strong understanding of testing tools and processes, including automated testing frameworks Familiarity with GitLab/Git version control, ArgoCD for CI/CD and GitOps Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading highly technical development teams,
