Job Title : Assistant Vice President Location : ChennaiCollaborate with global MO/IT teams to deliver various strategic system enhancements Demonstrate a good understanding of various regulatory trade reporting and the lifecycle of trade through UAT testing opportunities. Good understanding cash Eq products and front to back knowledge of the order flows. Subject matter expert for all the equity flows. The role will also require close contact with various Ops teams and Front office, so the ability to communicate issues/breaks with reasoned and detailed argument is essential. This is a challenging role in a high volume environment with prioritized deadlines. The role is suitable for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication.What will you be doing Comprehensive understanding of Trade lifecycle and front to back workflow knowledge, with exposure to different teams involved globally throughout the trade processing. Analytical skills in understanding issues rose, determining action required and implementing solutions address root cause and improve the Control environment. Detailed knowledge & experience of 2-3 of the following Product Families: Cash Equities Securities Listed Futures & OptionsSkills that will help you in the role: Strong control awareness Confident and assertive manner Ability to work independently with a spectrum of people from junior finance staff to front office business heads. Proactive and change focused with problem solving ability.
