Job Description

  • Well versed with Quality Management Systems (QMS) standards , in line with ISO 9001, for IT service delivery organization/function
  • Very strong in ITSM guideline implementation
  • Good experience in IT governance, Internal IT process adherence audits, management of Non Conformances etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and must have a background of working in an IT organization or a big IT function
  • Through scheduled reviews ensures the policies and procedures, Internal Control are in compliance and being maintained.
  • Manage Coordinate the compliance strategic plan based on best practices and internal policies and procedures
  • In conjunction with the ITCC Leadership, the Quality Assurance Specialist will work with auditors regarding communication, development, methodologies and other related internal control matters
  • Assist the QA Manager to identify, test and evaluate the effectiveness of key controls within the agency.
  • Assists in providing training and guidance to managers responsible for implementing and managing key controls.
  • Assist in Audits/tests of ongoing processes to assure continued compliance.
  • Assist in preparation of report(s) based on the results of stated audits/tests to be presented and shared with senior management
  • Conducts random desk reviews ensure compliance of all the operational procedures.

What we need to see from you
  • Proven working experience as a Quality Specialist in the information technology sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies IT Infrastructure
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain (or modify) operational/financial processes to meet company guidelines, procedures and policies
  • Experience in reviewing strategic plan for compliance
  • Direct experience implementing and monitoring compliance strategy and program, including gap analysis and development of effective key controls.
  • Training, education and/or experience may be substituted for certain minimum qualifications.
